Abstarct: Iron ore is the primary substance for iron. which is used to produce steel. More than 98 percent of iron ore is spent on steel production. One of the industrial issues is increasing the efficiency of the plant in any iron ore processing plant. Choosing the right mixing percentage of the samples can increase the efficiency in plants. Reducing water consumption can also help plant efficiency. Use recycled water from the ore processing process is the one way to reduce water consumption. Sangan Iron Ore Complex is one of the largest producers of granulated iron concentrate and iron concentrate in Iran. The iron concentrate produced by this plant is sent to the pelletizing plant as input feed. In this research was investigated the effect of mixing percentage of different samples as well as the amount of water consumed by the process of recycling at Parsian Sangan iron ore factory. For the purpose of research, samples were taken from two mineral masses B and C. Eleven different types of samples were selected and mixed samples were prepared. The 11 specimens were crushed in two stages to reach dimensions below 70 microns. Grading and separator tests were performed on these samples and was determined the best mixing percentage between samples. The best mixing percentage was 30-70 BC, 65-35 BC and 40-60 BC. These samples were flotated. Flotation results showed that tailings production increased with increasing B mass. The best mixing percentage was between two samples, 30-70BC to 65-35BC. Less water was also consumed by using recycld water. The average amount of water used in return water was 4.36 liters and 4.33 liters when using back water, respectively.
