Abstarct: Underground and infrastructure projects are generally complex project with many variables including ground and groundwater conditions are variable and uncertain. The data obtained are mostly indirect. These conditions infliction significant risks in all project components or parts that are indirectly related with the project, and has led to the high costs and time delays to the project. Correct and timely management of these risks causes minimize the probability of occurrence and or negative consequences effect on project objectives. Ranking by providing timely response to risk it all, helpful to the risk management process will be more successful. In this study, prioritize risks are discussed in the mechanized tunneling to using Fuzzy Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) and Fuzzy Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process (FDAHP) in Nosoud water transfer tunnel and in order To achieve the unified idea has been used prioritize strategy. initially In order to prioritize, identify the risks of geological and effective factors on that have been set. The calculations performed in 19 separate zone and ultimately three risk as the high risk (main) in each zone specified. The analysis results according to the method Fuzzy Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution in different zones shows that leaks of toxic gases in rocks and water inrush and influx into the tunnel in this study are respectively most important risks And Ravelling & fall blocks of rock Along with the phenomena of squeezing with equal importance index are the next category. It is noted that the analysis results of the method of Fuzzy‏ ‏Delphi Analytical‏ ‏Hierarchy‏ ‏Process is similar to Fuzzy Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution‎ except that clash with the fault and crushed zones replaced the phenomena of squeezing. Merger technique also Defines leaks of toxic gases in rocks, water inrush and influx into the tunnel and ‎clash with the fault and crushed zones‎ in different zones as the most important risks ‎in this research‎,That this analysis a similar of analysis results by Fuzzy‏ ‏Delphi Analytical‏ ‏Hierarchy‏ ‏Process. The results of validation insists the correctness of calculations closer to reality
