Abstarct: Today outlet leachate from landfill and management of it has been identified as one of the greatest environmental problem related to landfills. Mix of garbage along with kind of garbage and time of their disintegration and decomposing is variable along with regional changes. Mixture of leachate and pollutions existed in garbage which comes out of it often depends on volume of influenced water in landfill. In another view natural processes which have been occurred in landfill has influenced directly in mixture of leachate. New research has been shown that entering of leachate to surface waters and underground waters have been created sanitations hazardous for environment, human beings and other creatures. Since in developing countries, a high volume of garbage include disintegrable garbage , so leachate result of this material and mix of it with rain or snow would be able to produce a big danger for water and soil resources in the zone. Paying attention to above mentioned matter in this research, it has been tried to overview the effect of existing polluted materials in leachate result of landfill in Amol and affiction of them on water and soil of the lower part. Landfill in Amol is located in 28th km Haraz road in Emarat zone. It is 16 hectares and located in hight of 570 meters above sea level. Every day around 295 tons of garbage transfers to this place from some parts of Mahmoud Abad, Sorkhroud and of course Amol. These garbage will be separate in temporary dumping places first and later garbage truck will carry them to the site. Leachate of these garbage will be collected in some holes nearby , or they go to Haraz river. In this research some samples have been taken from different parts of leachate and surface waters around landfill in dried and humid seasons and upper side and lower side soil. ( as sample and witness) So chemical quality and density of some heavy mextals in soil, water and leachate have been researched. Then comparison charts of measuring factors have been done along with samples and witness for soil. Comparison in different seasons have been done with world standards for water and leachate. All results have been shown that landfill is in Menthanogenic phase and all leachates result from landfills from all parameters view have pollution except heavy mextals. Density of most elements and polluted things in leachate is much more in dry season than wet season. Also all tests have been shown that density of most parameters in water samples have been too much in dry season than wet season and they coordinate with mix of leachate, but density of polluted things in water samples except Amonium and BOD hadn,t been more than WHO. Examinations has shown effection of leachate on accumulation of some other elements and changing on soil characters of the zone.
