Abstarct: Biofertilizer is commonly referred to as the fertilizer that contains living microorganisms and it is expected that their activities will influence the soil ecosystem and produce supplementary substance for the plants .Also drought is one of the most important abiotic stress that limiting crop growth and production. Chickpea is a good source of energy, protein, nutrients, vitamins and fiber. In order to comparison effect of liquid biological fertilizers on some morphological and physiological characteristics of chickpea under drought stress, an experiment was conducted as split-plot factorial baxsed on randomized complete block design with four replicates in the farm of Shahrood University of Technology at 2015. Treatments included three levels of drought stress (no stress, stress at flowering and stress in pod filling step) and four level of liquid biofertilizers (non inoculated, Nitroxin, Bio Superphosphate and Super Nitro Plus). Results showed that, drought stress decreased plant height, stem diameter, leaf dry weight, pod dry weight, number of pod per plant, 100 grain weight, biologic yield, grain yield, photosynthetic pigments, Relative Water Content and significantly increase Relative Water Loss. The mean of comparison of interaction effect of stress and liquid biofertilizer on stem dry weight, biologic yield, grain yield, proline content, cell membrane stability, protein, phosphorous, potassium and sodium content in leaf and seed were significant(P<0.05). Generally, liquid biofertilizer can be effective on yield, but there is no significant difference between fertilizers. In Non-stress condition, the liquid Nitroxin biofertilizer increased 21.5 precent content of seed protein. In stress condition, improve the amount of protein and seed nutrients using liquid Nitroxin biological fertilizer, Super Nitro Plus and Bio Superphosphate. It can be concluded that the most sensitive stage of drought was at flowering stage by using liquid biological fertilizer. Generally, the results showed that using of Nitroxin biofertilizer in drought stress conditions was better than other liquid biofertilizer.
