Abstarct: In order to study of Bradyrhizobium Japonicum and different divided level of urea on yield and yield components of soybean (Glycin max L.), an experiment was carried out as factorial baxsed on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 replications in shahrood university during 2012. Factors including Bradyrhizobium japonicum (with and without application of bacteria) and urea divided levels including (A:blank, B:50 kg/ha, C:100 kg/ha, D:150 kg/ha, E:25 kg/ha after establishment+25 kg/ha at seed filling stage, F:50 kg/ha after establishment+50 kg/ha at seed filling stage, G:75 kg/ha after establishment+75 kg/ha at seed filling stage). The results showed that Bradyrhizobium japonicum significantly affected all of studied traits. Also, divided of urea fertilizer significantly affected all of studied traits. Interaction of Bradyrhizobium japonicum and divided of urea fertilizer significantly affected all of studied traits except grain yield and number of pod per plant. Maximum number of pod per plant, number of seeds per pod, protein percent, chlorophill a, chlorophill b, total chlorophill as well as biological yield were obtained dute to fertilizer treatment 75 kg/ha after establishment+75 kg/ha at seed filling stage. Maximum number of seeds per pod, protein percent, chlorophill a, chlorophill b, total chlorophill were obtained dute to combined inoculation and urea fertilizer 75 kg/ha after establishment+75 kg/ha at seed filling stage. Also, Maximum oil percent were observed for of control treatment.
