Abstarct: One of the main goals of research in physics is to find simple rules that give rise to a deeper understanding and unification of diverse phenomena. A less ambitious goal is to construct models which, in a more or less restricted range, permit an understanding of the physical processes involved and lead to a systematic analysis of the available experimental data while providing insights into the complex systems being studied. As we know, importance of these models is more than other aspects of physics because the fact that nuclei contain many particles but not nearly enough to treat them statistically, explains why they can be alternatively described both as a collection of individual nucleons and as a single object akin to a charged, dense liquid drop. Also because of the nature of the strong force among nucleons, tensor forces and coupling equation, entire solving of nuclear equation is very difficult. In this thesis, by introducing nuclear models, we solve relative equations by using supersymmetry quantum mechanics and we derive energy spectrum, eigenvalues and eigenfunctions. In next section, by using the hyperspherical function and uncharged nucleons, we solve the Schrödinger equation of three nucleon system and then we apply Isospin formalism to energy levels and calculate mass cleavage.
