Abstarct: In this thesis, we review some of the basic concepts of nuclear physics and Nucleon-Nucleon interactions. Then we study Bartlett, Heisenberg and Majorona exchange forces. To study the interaction between nucle-ons, we calculate the energy of the ground state for two light and mirror nucleus, and , by the exchange potential. So in this work, with Dirac equation in a relativistic model, we can obtain eign states and en-ergy values for spin symmetry and pseudo-spin symmetry by using the exchange potential. The analytical Nikiforov-Uvarov method is the method used in this work. After finding the energy values we have dis-cussed effects of the exchange forces in two states, and . Next, we try to obtain shifting energy levels with the effects of exchange forces and then we considered this effects by using the perturbation method. In the first case ( ), we obtain good results. This is con-sistent with the Pauli exclusion principle and concepts of quantum physics. Finally we use the Klein-Gordon equation for study the role of pseudo-scalar mesons in the exchange forces. We have considered the Klein-Gordon equation with a short-range potential and calculated by NU method. Energy eigenvalues and wave functions are obtained.
