Abstarct: Considering a perfect model to study the hadron spectrum, in the both of non-relativistic and relativistic limits, has ever been of special importance. Recently several models have been suggested to consider hadronic systems. In this work we consider hadrons as a system containing constituent quarks with an effective confining potential, one gluon exchange interaction and also chiral interaction exchanged by Goldstone bosons. Then by calculating the exchange interactions we study static properties of hadrons such as masses and magnetic moments, and also nucleon-nucleon interactions. We indicate that the spin-flavour (spin-color) structure of Goldstone bosons (gluon exchange) as hyperfine interactions make hadron spectrum splitting.
