Abstarct: Good quality is not a fantasy feature, but by view of producers and consumers it is a basic necessity. Achieving to the best quality and increasing the reliability in products needs a structure that makes organization abilities with a unique form in different fields of technology, human source, manufacturing methods, etc. Also for increasing the efficiency and access to competitive advantages it is important for all organizations to concentrate in order to find different solutions of problems and weakness points of their products quality. According to limitation in manufacturing resources, business situation and different organization environment, the first step of improving organization issues is self-assessment of the products. The self-assessment process helps the organization to recognize points of benefits and adjustable fields. In the process of self-assessment, organization evaluates how modify the product by continuous operational periods. In this paper, for achieving to this goal, the “Network slack-baxsed measure” method being applied and for the first time the model is considered in quality control issues which used for self-assessment of products. Using this model creates possibility of evaluating product in different periods of time. Another feature of this technique is its ability in quality evaluation of different manufacturing steps separately. For more explanation of the model, modeling steps of qualifying self-assessment, as a case study, has been applied on one of Shahrood Moghan wire and cable factory products.
