Abstarct: Today, many information technologies are emerging and different companies use them in accordance with their nature and characteristics and use it in business processes. One of these important information technologies is cloud computing technologies (cloud mass calculation) that in our country, limited companies have shown willingness to use it so far. Certainly, the use of any technology, along with its advantages and benefits, also carries risks. In addition, there are always various obstacles and limitations in the path of attracting and using any technology that causes delays or problems in its use by a company. In this regard, the present study aimed to identify and evaluate the barriers to the use of cloud computing technology in small and medium-sized companies (SME) and suggest appropriate solutions to overcome these barriers. Therefore, first, the general barriers to technology transfer are extracted from research literature and reliable sources by focusing on information technologies. Then, these barriers are categorized and localized by the opinions of experts and university professors for the use of cloud computing technology in small and medium-sized companies. Finally, by designing a suitable questionnaire and using the opinions of IT experts and related areas, we evaluate the impact of each of these barriers and rank them. baxsed on the results of the research, the most important categories of factors that prevent the transfer of cloud computing technology to SMEs are individual barriers, environmental barriers, cultural barriers, structural barriers, technical and support barriers, economic barriers, and management barriers, respectively
