Abstarct: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of stakeholder pressure on green innovation with regard to the mediating role of social responsibility among the employees of Gorgan and Kordkoy Telecommunication Department. The present research is descxriptive in terms of purpose and descxriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this research is Gorgan and Kordkoy Telecommunication Department, which according to initial estimates, approximately 206 people (150 people in Gorgan and 56 people in Kordkoy). is. According to the Cochran's formula, 110 people are selected by simple random sampling. To collect data from Yu et al. (2016) stakeholder pressure questionnaires, Carol's social responsibility (1991) and Kawai et al.'s (2018) green innovation, and so on. SmartPLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that stakeholders' pressure on green innovation and social responsibility among the employees of Gorgan and Kordkoy Telecommunication Department has a positive effect. It was also found that social responsibility has a positive effect on green innovation among employees of Gorgan and Kordkoy Telecommunication Department. Finally, it can be stated that the pressure of stakeholders on green innovation has a positive effect on the mediating role of social responsibility among the employees of Gorgan and Kordkoy Telecommunication Department
