Abstarct: Competitive market conditions have caused organizations to face challenges. In this situation, it is important to gain and maintain competitive advantage. Flexibility is one of the factors that can prepare organizations to cope with this situation. On the other hand, organizational sustainability in such circumstances leads to satisfaction of the stakeholders, which assures long-term development of the organization. Therefore, the present study investigated the competitive advantage model. The statistical population of the study was Shahroud Turbo-Generator Industrial Company. Model testing and hypothesis testing were performed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that organizational flexibility and sustainability had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Also, sustainable and strategic innovation had a significant relationship with organizational flexibility and sustainability. baxsed on the results, it can be stated that companies should invest leverage to promote innovation as a precursor to organizational flexibility and sustainability, in view of the widespread instability of the environment for organizational sustainability and survival and to gain competitive advantage.
