Attracting, employing, developing and retaining talented individuals is one of the strategic responsibilities of management, especially in organizations such as the petroleum industry, which has professional occupations. In this research, we have tried to model the dynamics of the systems and the method of taxation and the causal analysis of how the talent management process in Iran's offshore oil company can be modeled and its present and desirable status is identified in the current time up to the future. The research is in terms of its purpose and the survey data is descxriptive. For data collection and modeling, in addition to library studies, executives, supervisors and a group of semi-structured interviewers were interviewed. The findings show that the talent management process is appropriate in the field of absorption, application, maintenance, and development, respectively, and is the most vulnerable to the development of a prerequisite force in this organization. In order to clarify the talent situation, scenarios were developed that lixnked the company's offshore oil company's sales and the company's sales to the number of talent forces and related costs. The results showed that the use of prerequisite force replacement strategy as well as the use of new leadership styles such as coaching leadership style will have the most impact on talent management situation.
