Abstarct: Today flexibility is necessary condition to deal with cope with environmental changes and organizational productivity. So that In the recent years flexibility as a competitive source has attracted the most attention of researchers and managers. Measuring organizational flexibility is one of the principal concern at the organization management. The flexibility components are comprised of qualitative and quantitative criteria That are used in numerical and verbal assessment. In this study, the degree of organizational flexibility of the“ Bakhtar Bioshimi” company in terms of Non-routine technology، Organic structure Operational ، Innovative culture ، Information processing capabilities questionnaire ، flexibility , Structural flexibility and Strategic flexibility, using a that design and validation for this purpose, specified and Arras fuzzy multi-criteria techniques approach have been evaluated and ranked.
