Abstarct: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation with Interference moderating variable of Emotional Intelligence among managers and staff in Semnan Industrial Co. Eagle jet. The study statistical population is 571 managers and employees of company, which 113 samples were selected and the questionnaires Bontis (1998), a self-made organizational innovation (according to the Choopani) and questionnaire Sheering emotional intelligence to measure each of the variables that were distributed in the statistical population. To check the status of each of the variables of statistical hypothesis testing community has been a significant test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to examine the relationship between variables and components in order to test hypotheses structural equation modeling, and path analysis Using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 which software were analyzed. The results indicate that the first main theory of the study is baxsed on the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation was confirmed and the second main theory of the study is that to investigate the effect of mediation of emotional intelligence was not approved and was rejected.
