Abstarct: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the health, safety and environmental conditions of Azadi sport complex. The present research is a field research, in terms of objective it is applied and in terms of data collection method has a cross-sectional descxriptive-survey method. For this purpose, from the statistical population of the research (Azadi Sport Complex), the statistical sample (hall of the 12-thousand-people capacity, stadium of the 78-thousand-people capacity, the pool of Azadi Complex and administrative departments) were selected purposefully. Then checklists on health status, safety (5 Likert scale) and environmental (two option, open the answer checklist) of sports complexes were completed after coordination with the authorities and obtaining permission from the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in an interview with the managers and observation from the Azadi Sports Complex. SPSS-18 and Excel 2013 software were used to analyze the data of the research. Then, through the descxriptive statistics, the main variables of the research were examined and presented in forms of figures and tables. The results showed that considering the environmental sector, full use of high energy-consuming bulbs can be seen, there are no measures to save water, irrigation in the complex is superficial, there is a thermostat for regulating the heat in all parts of the complex, and finally, there is no information and instruction on environmental issues. In the health sector, health courses are held, the quality of drinking water is baxsed on health standards, the food sale location in 83% of the complex is in good condition, and the number of sanitary services (including restrooms) in the pool, hall of the 12-thousand-people capacity and administrative departments are sufficient. But in stadium of the 78-thousand-people capacity the number of sanitary services is low. In the case of the safety of the sports complex, the position of the guide board is good, but the signs` color are not good; the windows and door protections are in good condition, the position of the corridors and girders are suitable, and because of the fire station in the complex, there is not any trouble when it comes to fire. The results of this study emphasize that the conditions of safety are in a favorable situation, in the health sector is in a moderate and relatively good condition and is not favorable in the environmental sector. Therefore, it is recommended to managers in the sports complex that with condition consideration of the complex think about solutions, such as locating and improving the shortcomings of the collection, holding training classes and using of specialist personnel, in order to increase the quality in all sectors.
