Abstarct: The main part of mineral expenses is affected by transportation. Saving fund in this part of mineral expenses – which is the largest expense part – can be a very good way to prevent sale price decrease, mine life increase and economical extraction. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize shipping costs. To evaluate the value of different transport criteria and the choice of transportation option, three options were considered by decision makers. The Delphi fuzzy analytic hierarchy process has been selected as the basis for the work. This research has been carried out in Sungun Copper Mine, which has been studied in terms of technical criteria, economic criteria and environmental criteria, Cost of capital, operating cost, haulage capacity, Ore Dressing Plant capacity, transportation capacity, production speed, manpower, safety, reliability, overall efficiency, economic criteria and mineral transportation distance, waste transportation distance, balancing haulage distance, Transport continuity, Flexibility of equipment, access to after-sales services, technical criteria and gas , dust, noise, and environmental criteria. To solve this problem, the importance of each of the parameters is first measured relative to each other, then the importance of each option is evaluated for each criterion, and then in the next step, the rating of each option from the sum of the weight of each option is compared to the criterion in weight The same criterion has been achieved in relation to the goal, At the end of the system, the in pit crushing and conveying is selected as the best option. The truck and hydraulic shovel and truck and Mechanical excavator system are in the next steps, respectively
