Abstarct: In order to sustainable development of mines, an environmental impact assessment must first be carried out. In this study, the environmental impacts of Shahrood cement Co's mines were evaluated by Mir Mohammadi's method and the results are presented quantitatively. In order to determine the effective factors, environmental factors, points of the factors and the impact of each one affecting the environmental factors, we used experts point of views in various social, economic and environmental fields. By quantifying the qualitative viewpoints, the overall impact on each environmental factor was determined. According to the results, the percentage of environmental damage for air quality and human health and safety factors has been higher than other environmental factors. Then, using the results of evaluation of the environmental impacts of Shahrood cement Co's mines, the stability of this complex was assessed using the Philips mathematical model. According to the results, the studied mines have strength sustainable, which required actions should be predicted and implemented baxsed on the percentage of damage to the various components.
