Abstarct: In this study we benefited inversion techniques to obtain models using data which has been sampeled near ANAR town in Kerman province. We used two geophysical methods for the copper exploration in the this zone; Resistivity and Induced Polarization (IP). sampeling of this dataset was done by applying dipole-dipole array on three parallel profiles In this study the modeling operation has been done by RES2DINV and RESIXIP2DI softwares; the smoothed inverse modeling by RES2DINV and inverse modeling in parametric method by RESIXPI2DI. We compared the two methods for achieving better conclusion. Having done the modeling on three parallel profiles in resistivity and IP methods and producing the pseudo-section of the final model, two promising regions were introduced. The first priority is an anomaly in the right corner of Mehr1 profile, and the second one is related to an anomaly which expands 120 m along the Mehr3 profile with a significant thickness.
