Abstarct: In mining operations blasting as one of the most important stages for numerous mining. Blasting process it is important to other mining processes for directly or indirectly connected with the is. Various parameters such as The characteristics of the rock mass , High explosive And blasting pattern all lixnked together and can affect the blasting results . blasting model suitable for the extraction of mineral drilling in decreasing volume, the amount of explosives, proper distribution crushing (crushing right) and finally Cost effective extraction in open pit mines. The result important in blasting is a suitable crushing . Given the number of parameters need to be identified in And then design an appropriate model for the blasting In addition to reducing costs and to secondary adverse effects of blasting, blasting suitable for optimum grinding and have the lowest cost. In this project, the blasting parameters set Sangan iron ore mine (mine B and C North) is studied.Different design of blasting model (to determine the burden and spacing), using the theory (of Ash and Olofsson), computer techniques, using practical application is Delpat and experimental methods. After studying design patterns and changes in the burden and spacing, according to the conditions of each mine suggested a suitable model. Finally, using image analysis (Pro Gold Size) and stiffness coefficient concept as a good model blasting suitable for crushing is provided in Sangan iron ore mine complex. North C in the mine is suggested burden between 3 to 4 meters and spacing between 4 and 4.5 meters . also B in the mine is suggested burden between 3 to 3.5 meters and spacing preferably 4 meters . Ratio spacing to burden is suggested in the North C mine average 1.32 and B mine average 1.27 .
