Abstarct: Engine of economic development in each country is baxsed on its advantage. Aluminum is very important because it has widely used in industry. Iran extracts bauxite from domestic mines, particularly in North Khorasan (Jajarm) and Yazd. Currently about two-thirds of the Alumina’s demand supply via import. One of the best strategic planning and analysis is technical analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) that it’s a modern tool to analyze performance by designers and investigators. Scope of this method is extensive. In fact it’s a conceptual frxamework for analysis system that allows to compare Bottlenecks, Opportunities, demands and opportunities of the external environment with the strengths and weaknesses of strategies. SWOT means Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. By using this method it’s possible to analyze the internal and external environments of the organization or case study and Strategic decisions taken with regard to the organization or case study. For developed strategy of Iran Aluminum industry, internal environment of aluminum industry include All units in the whole process of extracting aluminum from mining to smelting and aluminum factories and also the affecting situation in it should be studied. Due to the capabilities and limitations, strategic objectives could be identified with regard to overall objective (system) in mining industry. In result options formulated to achieve strategic objectives. At last options evaluate and choose the best to receive strategic goals in Aluminum industry. In this research, industrial experts attempt to follow strengths and weaknesses in addition to opportunities and threaten of the noted industry applying the collection of active mines data of the country includes related information to Aluminum and issues which this industry will be faced with, esp. Non iron mextal specialists view points. After identifying the above factors, they are reviewed and the solutions were exerted by emerging SWOT matrix. Now, the situation of Aluminum industry consisted of weaknesses and threatens is specified. One of the most important weaknesses is the low revenue of processing plant which cause to increase the import of raw material and one of the most important threatens is the difficulty of importing raw material from other countries because of sanction. By using Fuzzy Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process, the appropriate strategy was chosen and prioritized. The most important priority is the promotion of the industry by increasing the manufacturing capacity of country to reach the goal of decreasing the import, supporting the domestic manufacturing and equipping the production units.
