Abstarct: Control blasting using open pit mines in the final walls pit to prevent failure walls is an important factor in reducing mining costs. Because the failure occure in the wall blocks and cut off part of the mine and is reducing production. Walls in the mine Gol-E-Gohar iron ore mine are being finalized with depth and the approaching final walls in the absence of use controlled blasting and the failure occure walls causes suspension part of the mine and additional costs for open the mine. To create smooth walls and without failure at Gol-E-Gohar iron mine was desiged control blasting pattern. Therefore the first was study controlled blasting methods and with regard to Gol-E-Gohar iron ore mine equipment usability of controlled blasting methods evaluation and pre-spllit blasting method for design patern selected. In this study tried with available resources and sample similar being done in the other mine effective factors of results controlled blasting evaluation and controlled blasting pattern is designed in the Gol-E-Gohar iron ore mine. Pattern desigen with method selected was tested three times. The view, evaluation and modification of the first and second tests, the third test was desigen and was with acceptable result. These tests were being done in the walls have joints and fracture. The first and second tests were charging to decoupling. Were evaluation useable charging amount, spacing and berden pre-splliting and buffer holes. The use of salt in the pre-spllit holes charging in second test in controll explosion power per-spllit holes to prevent breakage and suitability split was effective. Increase berden pre-spllit holes and use of decoupling charging for buffer holes in thired test in control shock wave explosion production holes in order to prevent damage to the per-spllit wall was successful. In the third test using of charging with cartridge Emoulaite as decoupled in water pre-spllit holes was successful.
