Abstarct: Adsorption are applied in many industrials.seperation procces with adsorption method is important in industrials. In this paper, at first grinding granuale perlite is (120-170 mesh) by mill that is a physician method.particle size showed that With mealy method size particle is about 1 μm for attain to nano size range we select wet method that Results experimental SEM showed size particle is under 100 nm. The results show that adsorption capacities and removal percentage of MG and heavy mextal on nano perlite size from wastewater increased with increasing size particleon nano scale. Perlite is a mineral compound. It is a mixture of SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, K2O, Fe2O3 and so on.A novel sorbent is nano perlite that employe for the removal of malashite green and heavy mextal from aqueous solution in batch equilibrium experiments, in order to investigate its adsorption properties.
