Abstarct: High-power pulsed power in a variety of different industries and applications including the purification of fluids and troubleshooting cables are also used in medicine. Plasma-assisted combustion ignition and flame control and the use of high voltage electrical pulses, to study electro-impaired biological cells. Cell response to detecting electrical depends on pulse width and pulse amplitude. Recent advances in the development of reliable and cost-effective elements such as capacitors, high voltage pulse power systems with long lifetime and high powerful new types of semiconductor switches, Interest in the use of pulse techniques can be created for commercial and industrial purposes.In this thesis a narrow pulse width pulse generator with a simple and cost-effective but complex and a buffer-baxsed Schmitt trigger and gate drive MOSFET, was designed and built. The system is fully tested. DC linear source exclusively to minimize noise in the circuit is used. No overshoot beyond the usual in this type of orbit usually there, and the results have been observed in the circuit. Construction of the transmission line pulse was carried out according to the time scale of nanoseconds involved. For DC power system voltage 5 V for the drive pulse is used. Able to produce variable voltage pulser, the pulse width. There is no reason that can not prove this configuration designed high voltage n-channel power MOSFET s 1000-V and that are now available can not be developed. Fifty-ohm load for the use of the biological pulse for various applications, as well as troubleshooting logically placed.
