Abstarct: In this thesis, first cancer and the mathematical models that describing it has been discussed, then by using Kirschner–Panetta model acting out to design a controller to control the cancer and determine the injection drug dosage and eliminate the tumor cells. At first an adaptive controller of type of self-tuning regulator is offered.then the drug dosage is determined by robust indirect adaptive fuzzy controller. Fuzzy Approximator to overcome the unknown nonlinear functions in the system is used. In addition, the controller will be robust against uncertainty. The stability baxsed on Lyapunov theorem is shown. The simulation result demonstrates the superior performance of the controller to control the growth of cancer cells regard to restriction.
