Abstarct: In this thesis, a thirth-order model of immunodeficiency virus is presented and the dose is determined with designation the combination therapy effect intreatment. The objective of the control law increases the number of healthy cells in the body of the patient. Therefore two control methods are proposed baxsed on the model and free of model. In the first method, an adaptive control of the type self-tuning regulator is offered, then a nonlinear model is alternative a linear model. In the second method, the nonlinear model is converted to companion form and a robust adaptive fuzzy control law is introduced. Then calculate the dose for the treatment and comparison between how the drug use. Then stability of proposed methods are proved of lyapunof theorem. The simulation results show the good performance of control methods.
