Abstarct: Abstract The prevalence of diabetes has increased greatly in recent years due to human lifestyle and diet. One of the most common ways to control blood sugar is using mobile monitoring devices, which require collecting a drop of blood using a strip needle and placing it on a chemical strip. Among the main disadvantages of these devices, it can be mentioned that, for example, the blood Glucose level is affected by the hygiene of the measurement site, and it is recommended to wash the measurement site with warm water to increase blood circulation. In addition, the patient has the ability to get an infection, and over time, the tissue at the measurement site changes shape, and there is also the cost of the measurement. Therefore, there is a need for new technologies that provide reliable and consistent measurements while being patient-friendly and cost-effective. It should be noted that monitoring blood Glucose levels is also important for non-diabetics such as astronauts, professional athletes, and security personnel. In this thesis, the design of a microwave sensor for non-invasive blood concentration measurement is proposed. This sensor is part of a non-invasive blood concentration measurement device. The selected resonator is an open structure on which the patient's finger is placed and plays the role of a sample to be identified by the sensor. Changes in blood concentration change the dielectric properties of the tissue)ε( that is part of the microwave-finger resonator system, resulting in changes in the resonance frequency of the structure. In the presented method, compared to the reference articles, the changes in resonance frequency, Quality Factor and other necessary features are significant.
