The casting industry is an industry with high energy consumption and activists of this industrial face the challenge of energy consumption high and low productivityare faced.
Smelting using induction furnace is very energy intensive process.therefore improving energy efficiency is very important to reduce production cost.
In induction furnaces , due to various reasons, it is possible for the amount of electricity consumption to increase momentarily.
If the amount of capacity and the amount of consumption are close to each other, there is a possibility of exceeding the capacity.
The present study is related to the elimination of the excess amount of electricity consumption demand in Paya Zob Kaveh factory.
Considerable electrical energy is consumed to perform melting and casting processes, especially in (induction) furnaces, the purpose of this study is to control the excess consumption demand due to induction furnace.
To control the excess consumption demand, the method of calculating the required power of melting mextals for furnaces factory, the preparation of the plan for the installation and commissioning of the factory's power consumption control system has been done.
It can be the result of removing excess electricity consumption over capacity in conditions that do not harm the production process and also reduce the overall electricity consumption in the factory.
Among the most important measured parameters, we can mention the power required by the furnaces of Paya Zob Kaveh for smelting, the amount of heat loss of the furnaces during smelting and the amount of power lost baxsed on heat loss.
