Abstarct: Energy has a prominent role in the economic-social development of different countries; Therefore, managing and optimizing the process of energy consumption and production is one of the main strategies to ensure energy security. CHP and CCHP power plants are able to produce two or three types of energy at the same time. In this regard, in this research, the energy, exergy, economic and environmental analysis of the combined cooling, heating, power and hydrogen production system baxsed on a solar tower baxsed on methane steam reformer and proton exchange membrane aqueous electrolysis has been discussed. The results show that with increasing solar radiation, the exergy efficiency will increase significantly. Also, the costs of the optimal system are significantly reduced. As the temperature of the reformer increases, the exergy and energy losses will increase and the exergy efficiency will decrease from 49% to 34%. On the other hand, the ratio of carbon steam does not affect the amount of energy required by the reformer. Also, increasing the compressor pressure ratio will increase the air-to-fuel ratio, decrease the molar rate of the incoming air, increase the production cooling rate, and decrease the output power from the gas turbine. Increasing the inlet temperature to the steam turbine will increase the exergy efficiency, energy and reduce the cost of producing each kilowatt of energy. Also, the amount of emissions and the cost of producing each kilowatt of energy decreases with the increase of the input pressure to the steam turbine.
