Abstarct: In this thesis , evaluating the four configuration for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system includes two CHP baxsed on internal combustion engine(ICE) , two CHP baxsed on ICE hybrid drive and Stirling engine is investigated. So that CHP baxsed on ICE and hybrid drive, include one heat and power cogeneration system and one heat, cold and power system (CCHP). In order to evaluating and comprising these CHP system with each other and also with conventional power generation systems, aspects of energy, environmental and economic are targeted. So that energy aspect for reducing energy consumption percentage, environmental aspect for decrease Carbon Dioxide Emissions and economic one for reduce operating cost, Carbon Dioxide emission tax and Cost of initial investment and cost of servicing and maintenance of equipment used at suggested CHP system, Annual net saving rate and also payback period baxsed on fuel savings with and without Carbon Dioxide emission tax for suggested CHP system is provided. Furthermore in this study, efficiency of cogeneration of power and cold, heat and power cogeneration and heat, cold and power systems are investigated and in continue to analyze the effects of functional absorption chiller parameters on the performance coefficient of absorption chiller are studied. In addition, for analyzing the performance of ICE, a zero-dimensional model and single-region method developed in software MATLAB is used and analyzing the performance of Stirling engine with non-identical adiabatic model is done with software MATALB. Also heat dissipation of the cooling system in ICE as heat input to Absorption chiller for cooling load generation and energy absorption modeling is done by aid of EES software. The results of the modeling also show by increasing the efficiency of the heat exchanger (
