Abstarct: Spark plug is a tool to transfer AC sparks into the combustion chamber. Air engine spark plug consists of several main parts: 1. mextal body 2.ceramic 3.central electrode 4.adhesive. In this dissertation we’ve built the air engine main spark plug ceramics. This type of spark plug has a ceramic in the hot zone and a ceramic in the cold zone and cold isostatic pressing has been used. In order to build ceramics with cold isostatic pressing we must use a special machine for ceramic powder compression. Therefore cold isostatic pressing machine is designed and simulated in Abaqus software and then a mold is created that can tolerate a force more than 350 MPa. After building the machine, ceramic powder takes the desired shape in a compression mold then covers the prices with a flexible material that has the capability of sealing and easy cutting from ceramic surface and is placed in cold isostatic under the pressure of 350 MPa for 15 minutes, protective coating is removed from ceramic and is heated in the furnace up to 600°C for an hour to remove the glue inside the pieces. After cooling, the pieces are placed inside another furnace for 2 hours at 1550°C so that post curing is done. The final parts have undergone density and rigidity tests.
