Abstarct: By roofing the vehicles, air conditioning and refrigeration systems are considered as inseparable parts of them, but because these air conditioning systems with compressors that are available on the vehicles are costly, heavy, large and also hazardous and they use high amounts of energy, it has been tried that elements of thermodynamics be used in heating and cooling systems of the vehicles. In the current research, semiconductors including lead fluoride and thallium have been used and by installing the cooper heat sink with fins on both sides of the element of thermodynamics, the cool side and heat side of it have been used as cooler and heater, respectively. In the current research it has been tried that instead of installing cooper heat sink with fins on the central console of the vehicle in direction of cooler and heater fans, they can be installed on every part of the vehicle in direct connection with the car seat such as roof, dashboard, behind the front seats and doors that produced cold or heat can reach the car seat faster and is not wasted in the way. The produced cold or heat baxsed on the experiment by difference of 3-4 ℃ is to a large extent like air conditioners with compressors and heaters with radiators, but consumption ampere of each element is about 3.8 amps and consumption power of each system with two elements is about 50 watt, then by using this system in six parts of internal space of the car, just 600 watt energy is needed that is a slight amount of energy in comparison with air conditioners with compressors that use the energy of 5-6 kW and from point of the cost, this system has one third of the cost of the previous model and fuel consumption is reduced up to about 20 percent. By using semiconductors of lead fluoride and thallium or zinc oxide alloy in insulated silicone of hot parts of the vehicle such as exhaust and brake discs, 800-1000 watt electricity can be produced that it can cause the alternator be omitted or a smaller alternator be used to reduce the fuel consumption up to 3 percent.
