Abstarct: In recent years, the production methods and mechanical properties of materials with very fine grain size nm subject of many researches in the field of materials science and related sciences it. One of the best ways to achieve mechanical properties of materials with nanometer grain size in mextal matched channel angular pressing (ECAP) is. It acts in a manner that prevents the cracks and failures in process and raw sample size does not change after the process. In this thesis to study the same channel angular pressing process has been studied and to carry out experimental tests of copper, chromium, zirconium for rebar diameter and length mm 12 mm 120 for each sample was used. One of the significant features of the query process and discussed in angled mirrors allow channels to achieve a higher quality grade features with repeat doing this process on the sample tested. In this investigation, this process has 5 steps onto the desired alloy, and experimental tests carried out by the characteristics of the samples studied. The results showed that copper, zirconium, chrome, high functionality and an increase in the strength of granule by this process is.
With mextallography by light microscopy images of samples prepared by polishing and etching samples clearly visible The first pass significantly reduced particle size and larger particles composed of more seeds of failure In the first pass samples on the value of the grain size was reduced electron microscopy was used to observe particle size distribution The alloy in the second pass of ECAP process has reached the highest difficulty level HV1 185. If raw hardness HV1 155 before the process is. This alloy ECAP process a good impression on the tensile strength and tensile strength material has MPa 615.
