Abstarct: Estimating zone rainfall or estimating rainfall in zones between stations is essential in many studies of natural sources, agriculture and hydrology, due to lack of perfect covering on Point Rain measuring stations. Estimating rainfall and designing a rain gauge station in a way that lack of reliability in terms of measurements and cost are minimum, require finding the best condition of stations. To do so, there are different methods such as interpolation methods.
In this study, Kriging method is used to estimate annual rainfall using 38-year-statistics of rain gauge stations in Qare Qum and Kavir-e Markazi. The data of annual rainfall of 97 stations were gathered from water organization and geostatistical analyses were carried out in order to find out the space relation in the data; these stations were of Niroo ministry with different established statistical period of 10 to 55 years. After analyzing in Razavi Khorasan province, the appropriate circle vireo gram with maximum value of 223(mm) 2 and effect range of 19 kilometers was found.
In the end, by studying geostatistics on annual rainfall parameter, it's clear that by adding 10 new suggestive stations to the already existing rain gauge network' coefficient of variation (CV) values decreases 15% to 20% in a vast area of central parts of province and 3% to 5% in western areas.
