S86 : Effect of Application mycorrhiza and humic acid and animal manure on yield and Agronomic traits of medicinal plant seeds paper pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L.)

Abstarct: Paper Pumpkin seeds are one of medicinal plants. Because of the Active ingredient useful have recently located considered by researchers. Accordingly, this study examined the Effect of Application humic acid and animal manure and mycorrhiza on Agronomic traits of medicinal plant seeds paper pumpkin crop 90 - 91 Ardabil city Research Farm was located in Hassan Baruq. The experimental Factorial baxsed on randomized complete block design with three replications was applied. In this project, effects of the Three factors, humic acid and animal manure and mycorrhiza, in Three and Two and Two levels were investigated respectively. The traits including seed yield, Main stem length, Thousand seed weight, Plant dry weight, number of flowers, Number of seeds per fruit, Fruit yield, Seed sizes, biological yield, harvest index, Oil percentage, protein percentage and percentage root colonization, respectively. The results showed that application animal manure on all traits except percentage root colonization had a significant positive impact. Moreover, it was observed that application humic acid on all traits except Oil percentage and percentage root colonization had a significant positive impact. that the increasing use of Humic acid Traits also increased. Also, it was observed that Interaction of Humic acid and animal manure on all traits except Plant dry weight, Fruit yield, Seed sizes, Thousand seed weight, Oil percentage, protein percentage and percentage root colonization had a significant positive impact. Also, Interaction of Humic acid and mycorrhiza on Number of seeds per fruit and seed yield had a significant positive impact. Also, application mycorrhiza on percentage root colonization had a significant positive impact. But triple interaction (Humic acid × animal manure × mychorrhizae) had no significant effect on studied parameters
