Abstarct: In this study, which was conducted from spring 1400 to September 1401 in Shahrood region. A total of 26 aphid species belonging to 17 genera and three subfamilies were identified. Also, in order to estimate the biological diversity of aphids from two agricultural areas as disturbed areas (wheat and alfalfa fields) and the Natural Resources Department of Shahrood city (as a pristine and untouched place), regular samplings are carried out on a weekly basis and in an area of 2000 meters It was squared. Using biodiversity indicators in the three sampling areas, Diuraphis noxia was the most abundant and Sipha flava was the least abundant in the wheat field. In the alfalfa field, Therioaphis trifolii was the most abundant and Acyrthosiphon pisum was the least abundant. In the pasture, Brachycaudus tragopogonis had the highest abundance and Hyalopteroides humilis had the lowest abundance. The list of identified aphids is as follows: 1. Acyrthosiphon gossypii 2 .A.pisum 3. Aphis craccivora 4. A.gossypii 5. A.nerii 6. A.plantaginis 7. A.solanella 8. Brachycaudus helichrysi 9. B.amygdalinus 10. B.tragopogonis 11. Brachyunguis harmalae 12.Diuraphis noxia 13.Dysaphis lappae 14. D.plantaginea 15. Hypermyzus lactuca 16. Hyalopteroides humilis 17. Macrosiphum rosae 18. Myzus cerasi 19. Nearctaphis bakeri 20. Schizaphis graminum 21.Sitobion avenae 22. S. fragariae 23.Uroleucon compositae 24. Calaphis juglandis 25.Therioaphis trifolii 26. Cinara cupressi In the investigation of aphids, three species were identified, the collected samples are: Allothrombium meridionale (Acari: Trombidiformes: Trombidioidea) whose hosts are aphids Brachycaudus tragopogonis, Uroleucon compositae, Lepidaphis deformans and Aphis sp. They were; Erythraeus (Zaracarus) ueckermanni Saboori, Nowzari & Bagheri-Zenouz, 2004, which was hosted by the aphid Macrosiphoniella sanborni, and Erythraeus (Erythraeus) garmsaricus Saboori, Goldarazena & Khajeali, 2004, hosted by the aphids Brachycaudus tragopogonis and Lepidaphis deformans. Tick species are reported for the first time from Shahrood region and also all the hosts are new for these species.
