Abstarct: Excessive use of fertilizers and chemical poisons increases the concentration of soil solution to a great extent, which causes the balance of nutrients in the root environment to be disturbed. This imbalance also affects the absorption of nutrients and salts in the soil. Harmful substances in fertilizers and chemical poisons destroy the chemical and physical structure of the soil and reduce plant growth and yield in the long term and endanger human health, therefore the use of organic fertilizers has been considered. The amount of organic matter in the soil has a direct relationship with the level of soil fertility. Fulvicol and Biotech organic fertilizer with humic acid, fulvic acid and other organic substances creates a suitable biological and environmental condition for plant growth and development. In order to compare the growth indicators and quantitative and qualitative characteristics of tomato variety Newton (Solanum lycopersicum) with mineral fertilizers (NPK) and organic (Fulvicol and Biotech), a research was designed and implemented in the research greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the spring and summer of 1400 became.. This experiment was done as a factorial in a completely randomized design with three replications. The first factor of biotech fertilizer at three levels (0, 1 and 2) milliliters per liter as foliar spraying and (0, 10 and 20) milliliters per 10 square meters as root application with irrigation water and the second factor of Folvicol fertilizer At three levels (0, 1 and 2) milliliters per liter as foliar spraying and (0, 10 and 20) milliliters per 10 square meters as root application with irrigation water. Also, mineral fertilizers were used according to the common nutritional program for greenhouse tomato plants. During the growth period of tomato plant, morphological traits such as plant height, stem diameter, internode length, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight of leaves, dry weight of leaves, number of flowers, average weight of single fruit, firmness of fruit tissue and diameter of both fruits It was measured once a week. The results of the experiment showed that the use of Fulvicol and Biotech fertilizers significantly increased all the morphological traits in tomato plants of Newton variety. The highest rate of increase of the above traits was observed in the treatment of fulvicol with a concentration of 20 ml/liter. Also, at the end of the growth period, all biochemical traits such as soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity, carotenoid, lycopene, anthocyanin, total phenol, vitamin C, electrolyte leakage, catalase (CAT), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and antioxidant activity was measured The results of the experiment showed that the use of fulvicol treatment with a concentration of 20 ml/liter caused a significant increase in all biochemical traits except for titratable acidity and electrolyte leakage. Also, in this experiment, the combined use of Fulvicol and Biotek treatments caused a significant decrease in total phenol and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) compared to the control. Application of 20 ml/liter of fulvicol treatment improved positive conditions for all morphological and biochemical traits. Also, the highest application of the above treatments with a concentration of 20 ml/liter had the lowest amount of total phenol and polyphenol oxidase (PPO).
