Abstarct: In order to determine the best cultivar, density and suitable planting date of sesame plant for Davarzan region of Khorasan Razavi, an experiment was conducted in 2019. This experiment was performed with three factors and three replications in a randomized complete block design with factorial experiment. Experimental factors were plant density at 3 levels (22, 33/3 and 50 plants per square meter), cultivar at three levels (local Davarzan, Deshtan, Oltan) and planting date at 3 levels (26 Juny, 11 july, 27 july). In this experiment, traits such as plant height, number of nodes per main stem, number of chlorophyll meter, number of lateral branches, number of seeds per capsule, number of capsules per plant and grain yield were measured. The results of this experiment showed that the measured traits such as height, number of nodes in the main stem, number of chlorophyll meter, number of lateral branches were significantly affected by cultivar, planting date and density. Also, the results of this experiment showed that selecting the appropriate planting date, suitable cultivar and optimal density improves traits such as chlorophyll meter number, number of lateral branches and sesame plant height. The number of chlorophyll meters was higher. Between the planting dates, two planting dates of 26 Juny and 11 july had higher plant height and number of lateral branches. The results of this experiment also showed the functional components of sesame seeds including number of seeds per capsule Plant and 1000-seed weight were significantly affected by cultivar, planting date and density factors, so that by observing planting date and proper density, number of seeds per capsule, number of capsules per plant and 1000-seed weight increased significantly. The grain yield was significantly affected by cultivar, density and planting date, so that the highest sesame seed yield was observed in the local cultivar Davarzan, planting date of 11 July and density of 33.3 plants per square meter. And was equal to 2737.2 kg per hectare.
