Abstarct: Seed vigor decreases depending on temperature and moisture during ripening, harvesting, inappropriate storage and transportation. This results in decrease germination precenting, seedling growth, increased sensitive to enviromental stress and ultimately reduced yield. Studis have been conducted today with vitamin pre-treatment to reduce effects of seed deterioration. Almost all the essential plant processes are dependent on B vitamins such as cell devision, water and nutrient uptake, photosynthesis and organic matter biosynthesis. For this purpose, an experiment has been designed to study effect of seed pre-treatment with B vitamins on growth and yield of rapseed under seed deterioration conditions of shahrood university of technology in 1396. Experimental treatments including 3 levels of seed deterioration (0, 50 and 100 hours and temperature of 40 ºc) and 7 levels of seed pre-treatment with B vitamins (100 ppm and 8 hours) as a factorial baxsed on randomized complete block with 3 replications. Seeds were also evaluated in the laboratory for germination related traits including germination percentage, germination rate and seedling vigor as a factorial completely random design at germinator and temperature of 20 ºc and treatments were similar to field treatments. According to the results of seed deterioration caused a decrease dry weight bush, length and diameter stem, number of the pod in the bush, number of seed pre pod, seed yield, total chlorophyll and carotenoid leaves, grain protein and oil percentage and all laboratory traits including germination percentage, germination rate and seedling vigor. Also Riboflavin pre-treatment increased length stem and grain protein percentage. Pantothenic acid pre-treatment causes an increase of pod in the bush, plasma membrane stability and yield. Also thiamine pre-treatment had the highest leaf chlorophyll content and all vitamins pre-treatment increased grain oil content. Laboratory section Riboflavin pre-treatment had the highest germination precentage and seedling vigor and pretreatment Pantothenic acid had the highest germination rate.
