Abstarct: Chemical fertilizers has undesirable effect on environment. An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chemical fertilizer management with combined use of manure fertilizer on nitrogen consumption efficiency, nitrogen recycling and soil dynamic nitrogen on Zea mays L. This experiment arranged in factorial on randomized complete blocks design with three replications. Factors were included organic fertilizer (0 a2 and 20 ton/ha a1), and nitrogen fertilizer management with the resources of urea in six levels including 100 kg (50% baxse+50 % in six levels stage, b1)), (100 kg (25 % baxse+75% six leaves stage b2), (100 kg (25 % baxse+ 50 % six leaves stage +25 % twelve leaves stage b3)), (200 kg (50% baxse +50% six leaves stage b4)), 200 kg (25 % baxse + 75% six leaves stage b5)), 200 kg (25% baxse +50% six leaves stage +25 % twelve b6)). The results of experiment showed that combined use of manure fertilizer and urea in most traits has significant effect on nitrogen percentage of seed and leaf, weight of 100 seeds, seed yield, organic carbon content and ureas activity content. Regarding nitrogen dynamics, in most cases, the combined treatment of manure and urea fertilizer resulted in more nitrate content in the soil. Also, in the presence of manure, the lowest level of urea fertilizer with treatments with the highest level of urea but without application of manure for nitrogen use efficiency was at a significant level. This result showed that the combination of manure and urea may reduce fertilizer use and achieved at the same time to optimal efficiency. In comparing treatments b2 and b5 (100 and 200 kg (25 % baxse+75% six leaves stage) that combination of it with manure or alone were the best treatments. For example in traits such as, nitrogen recovery efficiency, seed yield and ureas activity. These results showed that two stage splitting of fertilizer (25%+75% in six leaves stage)) was the best method of application of fertilizer that causes the transferring of fertilizer in plant concurrency the plants need.
