Abstarct: In order to investigate the effects of priming treatments on yield components, physiological and biochemical properties of bean brussels under moisture stress, this study was conducted as split plot in completely randomized block design with four replications in 2016 at Shahrood University of Technology, faculty of agriculture, Located in the city of Bastam. Experimental treatments included: Priming as the main factor in four levels: (without priming (control), hydropriming, hydrothermal priming and wavepriming) and moisture stress as sub factor in three levels (irrigated every seven days (optimal irrigation of the field), Irrigation was performed every 10 days, irrigation was performed every 14 days.) in this research, indigenous of Bastam region were bean) were used .The evaluated traits were: yield components, physiological characteristics, biochemical and enzymatic properties. The results showed that the effect of drought stress, plant height, seed number per pod, 100 seed weight, grain yield, leaf anthocyanin content, relative leaf moisture content, membrane stability, chlorophyll content and carotenoid content were significantly reduced. baxsed on these results, the amount proline in leaf, flavonoid content, soluble sugars, malondialdehyde levels and activity of catalase and ascorbate peroxidase enzymes increased under drought stress. Different methods of priming have positive and significant effects on these traits and increase the amount of proline, soluble sugars, anthocyanin, relative humidity of leaves, membrane stability of chlorophyll a and b, the amount of carotenoid and activity of catalase and ascorbate peroxidaseenzymes they gave. Different priming treatments have significant differences in terms of effect on traits , and all of them have improved the negative effects of drought stress. And also the effects of drought stress on priming have a significant effect on some traits such as grain yield, proline, flavonoids, anthocyanin and Chlorophyll content. In general, experimental treatments in increased physicochemical characteristics and bean yield components, among which waveperiming had a more positive effect on other treatments and was selected as the best experimental treatment.
