Abstarct: For the planning, vector gain and optimal land management, spatial distribution of soil properties is essential. The aim of this study is to estimate the spatial distribution of soil chemical properties for the management and efficiency of the Fereydoun plain in the province of Isfahan, a total area of, all of it has been done. according to maps of 1: 50,000 topography and with the help of gis software, the area was at 2,000 * 2000 m. 100 studies were identified and sampled from a depth of 0 to 30 cm and the location of points using global positioning device (GPS) was determined. first, the normality test for the Ec, pH, Organic carbon, Fe, Zn, Mn, manganese and Cu using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the data distribution pattern for 7 parameters were normalized after converting to log. The best estimator with the best Warogram model was determined using ArcGIS 10.5 with minimum error. Simple kriging was selected as the best method of interpolation between simple kriging and IDW method for estimation of Ec, pH, Organic carbon, Fe, Zn, Mn, manganese and Cu the Warogram model was determined for parameters such as: for the pH exponential model, EC Linear model, Cu gaussian model, for the Fe spherical model, Mn spherical model, Zn rational, and finally for Organic carbon was chosen as low quadratic rational model with minimum Nugget and error. Spatial distribution map of soil properties was prepared by simple kriging. The parameters of the classical statistical analysis consisted of mean, median, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, maximum and coefficient of changes in this study. The results showed that soil properties have high variability, including soil salinity ranging from 1 /37 to 4 /6 ds/m and was observed only at a 5 /32 ds/m. The products that are cultivated in this area can grow well in this value and show good performance in this respect. The condition of pH in this region is in neutral state and some alkaline in some points. There is a high pH for the north and south east, which can negatively affect the performance of some of the nutrients. The status of Organic matter, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn in this area is not optimal due to the critical level reported by the Soil and Water Research Center No. (84/360). The distribution of Fe in this area is non-uniform, so we can have different performance from the product.
