Abstarct: Surfactants are complex chemical compounds that are significantly used in agriculture. They are divided into four major groups of anionic, cationic, nanionic and biosurfactant as an additive substance. The use of micronutrients (iron, zinc, etc.), despite the limited need of plants, plays a major role in nutrition, enzymatic reactions and plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions. The best way to how to use surfactants and micronutrients is to use them as foliar application. Considering the beneficial effects of surfactants, the use of this substance in combination with a micro nutrient can be considered as a suitable strategy for improving the conditions of plant growth and development. Therefore, an experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of foliar application of micronutrient elements along with different surfactants on quantitative and qualitative characteristics and the symbiotic relationship in soybean in Shahrood University of Technology in 1395. Experimental treatments consisted of foliar application with micronutrient (micronova) (liquid fertilizer of iron, manganese and zinc) in 3 levels (0, 2 and 4 per thousand), and surfactant in 5 levels (control, anionic 2 per thousand, cationic and nanionic each one 4 per thousand and biosurfactant 3 per thousand, which was done factorial and in a completely randomized block baxse design with 3 replications. Treatments were applied in flowering. The results showed that the use of micronutrient foliar application in some surfactant surfaces improved all yield and yield component traits and many of physiological and morphological traits like as antocianin, CHL content, soluble carbohydrate content, height and shoot. It is also had a positive significant effects on Brady Rhisubium population and zinc and iron amount in leaf. The application of cationic, nanionic and biosurfactant with micronutrient fertilizer in 4 per thousand significantly impoved oil and protein percentage of seeds rather than control treatment. The highest grain yield is achieved when the fertilizer micronutrients 2 per thousand alone (490 grams per square meter) and biosurfactant with micronutrients 4 per thousand (506/4 g per square meter) was applied foliar. Generally, in this experiment, it was observed that doubling the concentration of micronutrients at some levels of surfactants had more effect on the traits, so that the combination of this micronutrient was better with the additive of biosurfactant.
