Abstarct: Mycorrhiza fungi are useful soil microorganism wich can provide as on of a variety of bio-fertilizers a part of plants needs. The research was carried out to study the effects of Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae, Glomus fasciculatum and priming in the form of osmopriming, hydroperiming on the yield and yield components of bean sprouts in 1394-95, a field experiment was conducted at shahrood university of Technology faculty of Agriculture. The experiment was a factorial baxsed on randomized complete block design with three replications. The first factor was mycorrhiza (m2) inoculation with Glomus intraradices, (m3) inoculation with Glomus mossea, (m4) inoculation with Glomus fasciculatum, second factor in seed priming at four levels (p1) Non-priming, (p2) hydroperiming, (p3) osmopriming, (p4) hydroperiming and osmo priming combination. The results of this showed that the effects of mycorrhizal fungi on the distance from the first node to the ground, number of branches, mycorrhizal symbiosis, biological yield and leaf dry weight. The effect of priming on the distance from the first node to the ground, stem dry weight, leaf dry weight, carotenoid, leaf area index, grain yield, number of pods per plant, number of branches, 100 seed weight, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content, protein percentage and nitrogen content the seeds were meaningful. The interaction between mycorrhiza and priming on the distance between the first node to the ground, leaf dry weight, leaf area index, number of branches, stem dry weight, leaf water content, carotenoid and mycorrhizal symbiosis were significant. The result of the comparison table showed that biological yield increased in the presence of mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae(m3). According to the result of 100 seed weight, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, seed protein, grain yield and seed nitrogen percent increased at hydropriming level(p2). The distance from the first node to the surface of the ground and the mycorrhizal symbiosis increased at the osmopriming level(p3). The combination of hydroosmopriming (p4) on carotenoid and leaf area index had a positive effect. Ingeneral, the result of this research indication that the use of mycorrhizal fungi and seed priming increased the growth of blubber bean plant and improved morphological and physiological traits
