S40 : The effects of slicing tuber and Glycine Betaine in improving yield in potato under water deficit stress

Abstarct: Stress due to low water is consider as a one of the problem that provent to produce ideal agriculture production in general one can refer to defense mechanisms of plants for fighting by damaging due to low water stress. Also Betaine Glysine molecules state as a osmotic regulator. Experiment performed in Shahrood agricultural collage in order to examin the effection of spray solution this material upon Potato in low water stress conditions and effection of cutting the gland in Potato. Also treatment was include that 3 low water stress(witness of stress in flowering stage and stress in volumic gland)Betaine Glycine (witness of spray solution of Betaine Glycine material) and cutting gland (safe gland and cutting gland)that implement by 3 repetition in test frxame of spilt plate factorial baxseon random blocks plans. Spray solution of betaen-alaysm cause to increace performing (function) and dry weight of bush components . low water stress in both flowering and volumic of gland cause to the performance of plants reduce while the least performance relate to treatment of low water stress in flowering stage that statistically it doesn,t have meaning ful differenc in volumetric gland stage. Cutting gland also cause to reduce the dry weight of bush and increace the performance of plants while bet safe gland surfaces and cutting gland don t exist meaningful differentce. Interaction effection of low water stress and spray solution of Betaine Glaysine is signification upon increasing dry weight of bush components and wet weight of gland. Note that loss performance reduce by spray solution in low water stress conditions
