Abstarct: To evaluate the effect of mycorrhizae, animal manure, and humic acid on quantitive and qualitive traits of Calendula officinalis L. a field experiment design was carried out factorial in 3 replication in shahmirzad in 2016. Treatments include of mycorrhizae in 2 level non-application and application of Glomus mosseae, animal manure in 2 levels 0 and 20 ton/ha and humic acid in 3 level 0, 5 and 10 kg/ha. The result show that mycorrhizae, animal manure and humic acid increased. Root dry weight, stem, leaf and flower. The application simultaneous mycorrhizae and animal manure, treatment of mycorrhizae and non-application of animal manure increased height. Application animal manure and mycorrhizae inceased number of flower. Application mycorrhizae and 20 ton/ha of animal manure and 5 kg/ha humic acid increased chl a. the result showed non- application animal manure and application mycorrhizae increased chl b. application of humic acid and mycorrhizae increased total chl and carotenoeid. Application of simultaneous animal manure and mycorrhizae increased colonization. Essence percentage increase under the influence of mycorrhizae and humic acid. Treatment of mycorrhizae and 10 kg/ha humic acid and non- application anima; manure, showed the hieghest percentage of germacron. Treatment of non-application mycorrhizae and 20 ton/ha animal manure and 10 kg/ha humic acid, had the highest percentage of alpha bisabolen The highest percentage of camphor was registered in application of 10 kg/ha humic acid and non- application animal manure. Science the cultivation of medicinal plants for plant quality health of fertilizersshould not be used according to the results obtained for production increases of Calendula officinalis L. can be substitude mycorrhizae and humic acid.
