Abstarct: The use of chemical fertilizers causes environmental problems, health, economy and its adverse effect on the life cycle and ecology of sustainable farming systems. Extensive use of chemical fertilizers pollute soil and water resources and cause various diseases in humans The use of biological fertilizers and soil amendments to improve soil fertility conditions are taken into consideration as Biochar Ast.brayn biological basis to evaluate the effect of fertilizer on growth and yield of cowpea Biochar test in Mesorhizobium at the University Research Farm anymore Bastam was in actuality. A factorial experiment baxsed on randomized complete block design with four replications. The treatments, bio fertilizers in four levels (PSB, Mesorhizobium, PGPR) and Biochar at three levels (zero, 20 and 40 tones per hectare) is. To analyze the growth of leaf area and dry weight were measured at intervals of 14 days yield at the end of the experiment were analyzed. The results showed that the main effect on the measured variables other than Biochar bean pods, number of seeds per pod, a significant amount of carotenoids and chlorophyll b is The main application of biological effect on all measured variables except the bean pods, number of seeds per pod, the carotenoids, 100 seed weight of soil available P was significant. Biochar combined use of biological fertilizers and improved seed yield, biological yield, harvest index, plant height and pod dry weight and leaf dry weight is.
