Abstarct: Bean Phaseolus vulgaris L is one of the most important crops which is consumption for direct human and included 50% of world cereal production. biological or microbial fertilizers (liquid, solid or semi-solid) containing one or more species of microorganisms and promote root system and absorption of nutrients better, and thereby enhance plant growth and the quality and quantity of components yield. To evaluate the effects of mycorrhizal fungi and bacteria as bio fertilizer and humic acid as an organic fertilizer on the yield of bean plants in the greenhouse, an experiment was designed in a factorial completely randomized with three replications. The first factor two leveles of mycorhiza (M0: no inoculation of mycorhiza ,M1 : inoculation of mycorhiza ), the second factor two leveles of (S0: Non-inoculated with bacteria and S1: inoculation with bacteria Psudomonas putida) and the third factor with three levels of humic acid (H0: lack of humic acid, H1: consumption of 200 milligrams per kilogram, H2: consumption of 400 milligrams per kilogram).Analysis of variance showed that the combination of bio-fertilizers, bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi increase significantly weight per pod, seed weight, and grain. inoculated the plant with mycorhiza Glomus etunicatum in comparison with control can increase phosphorus absorption and increase grain weight which inoculated with Pseudomonas putida can increase nitrogen uptake and enhance colonization more than control treatment. Humic acid at levels of 400 milligrams per kilogram can increase seed number and also total leaf chlorophyll. In summary, we can use mycorrhizal fungi and humic acid in presence of bacteria can improves some physical and chemical properties of the bean plant.
