Abstarct: In the last few decades, use of chemical inputs in agricultural land has caused numerous environmental problems in water pollution, loss of agricultural product quality and reduce soil fertility has been. These factors have caused that there is trend toward application non-chemical fertilizers for nutrient plants. According to environmental pollution and harmful effects of chemical fertilizers, the use of organic fertilizers and bio fertilizers must be remembered. Humic acid is a commercial product containing nutrients frequency that reason to improve soil fertility and increase the availability of nutrients to plants and as a result of the growth and yield are affected. Bio Fertilizers Azospirillum is one of the best sources of natural needs of crops, vegetable and fruit trees. To evaluate the effect of humic acid, bio fertilizers Azospirillum and KNO3 on tuberose in a factorial experiment baxsed on a Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. The experimental were in faculty of agriculture in Shahrood University of technology. Factors studied were included potassium nitrate fertilizer on three levels (0, 100 and 150 kg/ha), bio-fertilizer Azosprillium and Humic acid (0, 2.5 and 5 kg/ha). The result show that Humic acid along of increase floret diameter and chlorophyll percent. Application KNO3 thereby increase days for stem to flowering and decrease chlorophyll percent. In application Azosprillium had decrease affected on days to reach flowering stem, main diameter bulb and decrease rachis length. Steam diameter and number of bulblet were significant with application of Azosprillium. The result show that application 2.5 kg/ha Humic acid had the maximum size of bulb diameter. Application of 150 kg/ha KNO3 led to increase rachis length. The highest amount of main weight bulb about none-application Azosprillium with 2.5 kg/ha Humic acid. In the three-way interactions treatments, increase number of bulbs with treatment combination of 100 kg/ha KNO3 and 2.5 kg/ha Humic acid with application of Azusprillium. The maximum potassium of leaf were obtained in application 2.5 kg/ha Humic acid and Azosprillium. In this experiment, the simultaneous use of potassium nitrate and 2.5 kg per hectare Humic acid increase phosphorous of leaf. Application of 100 kg/ha potassium nitrate consumption at 2.5 kg/ha humic acid in Azospirillum significantly increased leaf nitrogen. Application of 150 kg/ha KNO3 with 2.5 kg/ha Humic acid and application of Azosprillium, accounted for the highest percentage of flowering.
