Abstarct: Common purslane (Portulaca Oleracea L.) is known in folk medicine in some countries as hypotensive and antidiabetic. This plant contains many compounds, including free oxalic acids, alkaloids, omega-3 fatty acids, coumarins and flavonoids. In order to effect of different mulch materials and optimal chemical, organic and biological fertilizer management on ecological agriculture characteristics in common purslane (Portulaca Oleracea L.) In Khuzestan conditions, a filed experiment was conducted Experimental field of Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University in Ahwaz, south-western of Iran, during 2010- 2011 growing season. Treatments were arranged as a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Fertilizer treatments at five system (chemical fertility system (S1), chemical fertility system + biofetilizers (S2), chicken manure (S3), chicken manure + biofetilizers (S4) and cow manure + biofetilizers (S5)) and three mulch materials (without mulch (M1), wheat straw (M2), black plastic (M3)). In first cutting, the result indicated that application chicken manure and chicken manure + biofertilizers the plant dry and fresh weight, stem dry and fresh weight, leaf dry and fresh weight, plant height and stem diameter and chlorophyll content was increased, In second and third cutting, chemical fertility system+ biofetilizers (S2) had the highest the plant dry and fresh weight, stem dry and fresh weight, leaf dry and fresh weight, plant height and stem diameter and chlorophyll content. Entirely in all cutting, at cow manure + biofetilizers, number of weed and weed weight and percent of oil in leaf had the highest amount and At cow manure + biofetilizers the plant dry and fresh weight, stem dry and fresh weight, leaf dry and fresh weight, plant height and stem diameter, chlorophyll content and percent of protein in leaf had the lowest amount. The black plastic in first and second cutting was the highest plant dry and fresh weight, stem dry and fresh weight, leaf dry and fresh weight, the plant height and stem diameter and chlorophyll content and percent of protein in leaf. Also lowest number of weed and weed weight was in black plastic mulch, but in third cutting the black plastic mulch had not appropriate production. Also, the result of the experiment revealed that the plant dry and fresh weight, stem dry and fresh weight, leaf dry and fresh weight were higher in third harvest. This case showed probability of application of mulch and organic manures and biofetilizers with chemical manure in integrated management of common purslane for sustainable and healthy production.
